PROFILE

Electronic and Telecommunications Engineer of the Universidad del Cauca (Popayán, Colombia), with knowledge in internet-working, IP networks, customer care concepts, quality of service and projects management. My professional interest is to improve the development and the strategies for the success of telecommunications projects, the financial and social efficiency for the companies and the country. I enjoy working in groups, building knowledge communities that permit to grow up about common objectives.
